Since 2005 my last visit to Marie France...... I realise that i still have many sessions to continue slimming programme by using machine and massage to help me breakdown the stubborn fat. Today is 1st time i went there to contuine my remaining sessions.
Well......again is remain me why at the 1st place i stop going back there to continue the programmes. Eventually, i have sign up the wrong proggramme which i really disappointed me cause during the introduction (2005) the consultant told me that is whole body loose weight programme and come with about either 15 or 20 sessions( i cant remember) at RM 1888. According the consultant, she said they will concentrate on my whole body as there are stubborn fat trap within the thigh and arms........
Furthermore I was force to change the Cold wrap to Ginger wrap and need to top up few hundred again in order to change the programme. I HATE THEIR WRAP.....! REALLY KILLING ME! I realise not everyone can take the wrapping. The cold wrap really penetrate deep into my bone ... i feel like pain on my bone and chilled like im on the fuji mount and damn fucking cold man...... no joke !
Anyway, i felt cheated ......... they only do the warm wrapping, hot blanket and massage on the tummy... that all...... for the whole slimming proggrame... STRONG ADVICE: NEXT TIME READ THEIR DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY..... ALWAYS ASK ASK ASK (of cox the right question ya...)
They really hard sell for their new product and programme which i need top up for another RM4000 for it ( price after discount!) GOD!.............
Now, i just FORCE myself to finish it up the whole programme..... Honestly i feel surprise if only Herbalife help me to lose more weight more than the programme..... cause they dont really teach us to eat right or help us to monitor our daily food intake.....

The Challenge and Embarrass moment Of My LIFE!
Today i went to Daphne place for my measurement....... i losed up to 71.9kg.... very sad :-( after 2months in programme...liao
Actually, she is the one who suggest me to lose 10kg in 1 months as part of challenge since i will be going for holiday to Phuket, Thailand...... Hopely, by that time i able to wear BIKINI! (cox i never ever ever wear Bikini in my life before!) Oh god!!!!!
Since i bought the DIY yogurt maker.... everyday i must consumes it without fail..... (just addicted) And i mention it to Daphne as well... She give me an idea the blend it with shake so i did it today.
Well, it does taste good....
Recipe:
300ml water
2 tablespoon of yogurt
2 1/2 scoop of Vanilla powder
1 scoop of protein powder
And blend it all ingredient into blender.... that all
(well, try it yourself........)
My day crean finished liao....
so decide to try on new moisturizer

1st Incident
I left my handphone in my kitchen...... while rushing for my appointment with my beautician.. Search my h/p from my handbag to my car.... still cant find it....
Start panic..... then i called home realise it left it in the kitchen... really embarrass
2nd incident
While on the way back from Daphne place...... Guess What?!
I left my purse in the office !
Damn it man...... I was in the toll plaza of Mines wonderland.....lioa
God! i only have 70cents to pay for the toll....
So.... the girl asked my phone number, i.c no and my name for not paying the full amount.... which is only RM1.30.... i think i better settle the bill tomorrow..... i not sure will i get summon or not ? Or blacklisted for not paying it......

Im tired being not healthy and fat!!! Im tired people asking why the fattest among my sibling....... Im just tired when i unable to fit into clothes that i love to wear....... Im tired i have asthma and sinnus and suffer from skin problem.....
Resolution for this YEAR 2008:
LOSE Weight! Being Sexy! Financial freedom......! Debt Free (especially credit card bills, car loan etc!) So, i'll decided to work harder to get what i dream the most........
